When using Frayze-powered CRM or automation services:

  • Customer names, contact details, lead sources, form data, messaging history (SMS/email/chat), credit-related information (if applicable), and AI scoring metrics.
  • Internal communications and sales rep activity when using our sales enablement tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and improve our CRM, automation, and AI services.
  • Personalize and optimize user experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns, retargeting ads, and automated follow-up sequences.
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates and user outcomes.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We may share your data with the following:

  • Automation & AI Integrations: Platforms such as OpenAI, Make, Zapier, or n8n (hosted at automations.frayze.ca) to process automation workflows.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Providers: AWS (MySQL, Lambda), Railway (for Tenalyze), and others for technical hosting.

All data sharing is governed by contracts and compliance with PIPEDA (Canada), CASL, and applicable international regulations (GDPR/CCPA where applicable).


4. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary:

  • To fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy,
  • To comply with legal obligations, and
  • To support future reactivation, marketing, or reporting unless explicitly requested otherwise.

CRM and automation system data may be retained for up to 36 months unless subject to specific deletion requests.

  • Improve user navigation and session experience.
  • Enable advertising and conversion tracking.

Frayze provides automation tools and CRM systems that may be embedded on third-party websites (e.g., fitness centers, dealerships, real estate sites). In such cases, we may collect user data on behalf of our clients, including form submissions, interaction logs, and analytics. This data remains the property of the client, and Frayze acts only as a data processor under applicable laws.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their own website terms and disclosures are consistent with how our tools are used.
