Role Overview
You'll be responsible for acquiring new small business clients across Canada and the U.S., leading client discovery calls, solution presentations, and deal closes while becoming the primary contact for your clients post-sale.
Compensation
- 35% of initial setup fees ($750–$3,500 average)
- 20% of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for 3 months
- 10% lifetime residuals for active accounts you manage
- Monthly bonus incentives for client retention and upsells
Example Payout (1 Client):
$2,500 setup fee → $875 commission + $750/month plan → $450 over 3 months + $75/month ongoing

💼 Sales & Marketing Development Intern
Position Overview
Frayze Technologies Inc. is developing and commercializing an AI-powered business growth system that helps Northern Ontario organizations unify marketing, sales, and operations into one automated platform. The Sales & Marketing Development Intern will assist in outreach, lead generation, and content marketing to help expand Frayze's client base across Thunder Bay and Northern Ontario.
Duration: 12 months, full-time | Supervisor: Director of Growth (Denis Mahoney)
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities across Ontario
- Assist in managing CRM and client automation systems
- Develop and schedule social media, email, and ad campaigns
- Support digital marketing analytics, reporting, and SEO tasks
- Participate in client onboarding and automation setup
- Maintain accurate CRM data and follow-up sequences
- Contribute to the testing and promotion of Frayze's AI Growth System
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation technologies

🎨 Part-Time Ad/Creative Expert (Multi-Platform)
Role Overview
We're seeking a creative powerhouse to design and execute high-converting ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat. You'll be responsible for both creative development (visuals, copy, video) and campaign management to drive results for Frayze and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scroll-stopping ad creatives for multiple platforms (static images, video, carousel ads)
- Write compelling ad copy that converts across different audiences and platforms
- Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall strategy
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong design skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and/or video editing capabilities
- Proven track record of creating high-performing ad campaigns with measurable ROI
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least 2 other platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns
- Excellent copywriting skills for different platforms and audiences
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote/part-time capacity
