JC Training runs high-demand certification courses. The problem? They were too busy teaching to answer the phone. Potential students would call, get voicemail, and immediately call a competitor. They were losing revenue simply because they couldn't be in two places at once.
The Solution
Frayze implemented a "Missed Call Text Back" system and an automated booking engine.
1. The Safety Net
Now, if a call is missed, our system instantly sends a friendly SMS:"Hi, this is JC Training. I'm currently in a class. How can I help you?"This simple interaction stops the lead from calling a competitor and starts a text conversation.
2. Automated Scheduling
Through the text conversation (often handled by AI), the student is guided to an online booking calendar. They can select their course, pay their deposit, and receive confirmation—all without the owner lifting a finger.
3. Class Fillers
If a class has empty seats 48 hours before start time, the system can automatically text past students or interested leads with a last-minute offer, maximizing revenue per class.
